A Note From The Owners

Hello! We are Brian & Tina Pitts, the owners of TLC Mountain Home Services, Incorporated. We have been married since 1996 and have two adult children, Josh (Hayley) and Hannah and a little Grandson with a Granddaughter on the way! Our family has served the community of Macon County and surrounding areas since 2012. We have strong family values, where our family comes second on our priority list and where Jesus Christ is first.

The importance of family in our life also relates to how we do business. We know your family and home are important to you and we desire to treat you like family, and your home with respect as we would our own.

Brian has been involved in home repair and remodeling for over 20 years. Any type of home repair can be stressful on anyone and we strive to make it a peaceful and smooth process. We serve businesses and homeowners with many types of services. Some of those services include: Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Tile/Grout & Hardwood Cleaning, House Washing, Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation. Brian is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the worldwide leader in Water Restoration, Mold Remediation and CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technicians).

TLC Mountain Home Services, Inc.

We began our business in the summer of 2012 in the beautiful mountains of Franklin, NC. with Tina's parents, Dave and Pam McDonald. In 2017 Dave and Pam retired and are now living the life they've dreamed of. We've been serving clients in Franklin, Sylva, Highlands, Cashiers, Murphy and Andrews since we opened. There is nothing better than to see our clients happy with our work. We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our clients. Each one is special to us and we count it a privilege to know and work for them. We are fully insured and certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and complete continuing education in our field annually. We want to be our best to give the very best service to each client we can.

Carpet Dyeing

Accidents happen. Household cleaning products can spill on carpets and bleach the color right out. When that happens you can call us! We are certified in carpet dyeing and can save you $$ by returning your carpet to the original color. Call us today if you need our service.

Infrared FLIR Camera Inspections

Do you have a water leak or do you think there is moisture in your home? We have the resources to help find the source of moisture. Looking for a leak or the results of a leak can lead up to a wild goose chase and with our equipment we can quickly and easily find the source of water. With our FLIR inspection we can also show you where you are losing valuable heat and air in your home and begin correcting those issues which can save you hundreds of dollars a year.

There is a fee of $125 for this inspection but may increase depending on distance travelled.

Josh has been with TLC since it's beginning. He's the son of Brian & Tina and has a great laugh and he loves for everyone to hear it.

Gionny joined our team in 2022. He is one of our Lead Technicians. He keeps us laughing with his one-liner jokes. Gionny does a great job and we're glad to have him!

Hannah is Brian and Tina's daughter and works with TLC in the summers in between college semesters.

Jeff joined us in 2024. He keeps the atmosphere positive and is a great help to us!
